Doing small repairs at home yourself is a very satisfyingly Hobby !!
During school time we learned a story ‘’Uncle Podgier hangs a picture” . The story is all about the importance of every tool which is required to do any task at home. Now a days hiring Electrician , Plumber , carpenter and painter for small works is difficult and expensive. So why not we should do small repairs ourselves.
Every house must have a tool box which should carry minimum items to do small repair and fit-out task at home. Tool box should be of a prominent manufacturer with good quality items which should last 4-5 years . Any task done at home should be done with proper safety measures so that no injury happen. For task at height it is advisable to take help of family member. Task at height should be done with strong working platform/ladder . It is better not to use Chairs and stool to work at height .
When it comes to having a toolkit for house use, it’s important to have a selection of essential tools that can help you with basic repairs, maintenance, and small projects around the house. Here’s a list of tools that would be useful to include in your house toolkit:

My tip – if you want to buy a Cordless Drill , it should have a option of drilling in various type of material from Timber to Concrete and also buy good quality drill bit for that . Better to buy hammer drill. For safety sakes never try to drill near electrical conduit hidden behind the wall plaster.
